Mercell offer an immediate ‘human’ help desk facility to all buyer users and suppliers alike. Available by a simple telephone call, email or raising a ticket through the dedicated support portal, Mercell are on-hand to help. We manage all incoming queries including all supplier login / locked out issues from start to finish.
