STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH Selects Mercell to Digitalize the Full Procurement Lifecycle

As a result of an EU-wide tender procedure, the Mercell Tendering platform was selected as the most economically advantageous solution. STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH, one of the largest municipal housing companies in Berlin, will in future use Mercell as its digital procurement platform. With this decision, STADT UND LAND is consistently pursuing its goal of aligning its procurement processes across the entire procurement cycle in a digital, transparent, and legally compliant way.
With Mercell Tendering, STADT UND LAND will implement a centralized, end-to-end platform covering procurement planning, tendering, sourcing, and contract management, as well as integration with existing ERP systems. The solution enables standardized, fully digital, and auditable workflows in line with German and EU public procurement regulations.
Managing a large housing portfolio, STADT UND LAND conducts a significant number of procurement procedures each year. The new platform will help reduce manual effort, eliminate media disruptions, and strengthen collaboration between procurement and technical departments, while ensuring secure and transparent processes.
